Communication With MindCare

Prior to, during, and following your patient’s course of treatment, MindCare Centres considers the open flow of pertinent information of utmost importance.

  • Prior to commencing treatment, MindCare Centres medical staff members are available to discuss all aspects of the treatment, as well as address any concerns over your patient’s eligibility.
  • In addition to your patient's completed referral form, any available psychiatric and medication history records that can be provided at this time, with the full consent of your patient, will assist in ensuring the best possible treatment course.
  • Once treatment has commenced, we are pleased to provide updates on your patient’s treatment progress (with consent), as requested. Specific information may include your patient’s treatment tolerance, progress on Depression/ Anxiety assessment scales, and specific patient feedback.
  • When treatment concludes, a detailed MindCare Centres Physician Report will be sent to you, via fax, regular mail, or courier. This report comprises details from your patient’s initial consultation with a MindCare doctor, details of the completed treatment, data and graphs from the various assessment scales, and a concluding progress overview.
  • If you require any additional information regarding your patient’s treatment at one of our Centres, please do not hesitate to ask.
